Simplified Workflow

with Redefined Products

With the Clarity™ tube-strips, performing digital PCR analyses have never been easier. The tube-strip format simplifies the cumbersome workflow typically associated with digital PCR by making it quick and easy to load, partition, thermal cycle and detect the reactions. Partitioning can be completed within 1 minute and is done in-tube without multiple pipetting steps. Up to 8 reactions can be run in parallel to yield 80,000 partitions per tube-strip. Clarity™ tube-strips are compatible with conventional thermal cyclers to allow up to 96 digital PCR reactions per run. Walk away operation allows multiple reactions to be read automatically with no user intervention, providing an easy workflow for high throughput digital PCR experiments.

Fast & Easy Workflow

REACTION MIX PREPARATION

Reaction mix is prepared by adding DNA (or cDNA) templates, primers, Taqman® probes or EvaGreen® dye and PCR mastermix.

PARTITION

With the aid of the Clarity™ auto loader, reaction mix is automatically and uniformly subdivided into 10,000 nanolitre-sized partitions. Partitioning in a strip of 8 tubes is completed under 1 minute.

AMPLIFICATION

PCR amplification with the Clarity™ tube-strip can be performed on many conventional PCR thermal cyclers.

DETECTION AND ANALYSIS

Fluorescent signals are detected in Clarity™ reader with two channels (FAM and VIC/HEX). Clarity™ Software analyses results to determine target DNA copy number in each reaction.
